Human Clouds Consulting was instituted in Nov-2011, primarily focusing on providing end to end HR solutions while catering to all market players and cutting across all industries.

After spending a decade into HR Consulting and Services, HCC slowly moved into HR process automation involving Technology. As such it was already there in our Agenda to move towards an organization offering entire spectrum of Consulting covering all the domains. While we do consulting we have come across many Clients who would want to get the Business solutions to be automated with the help of Technology.

Impressed with our services, many Clients have expressed their interests in collaborating with us by Outsourcing certain non-core activities, thereby concentrating on their core business. Thus, Human Clouds has evolved and completed a full cycle in this last decade bringing in lot of domain expertise and exposure to re-brand and re-launch and to re-vamp our entire service offerings to the market.

A Management Professional, Social Activist & Legal Consultant with two decades of rich experience in People Practices, Administration and Legal - cutting across industries. With his rich exposure under varied industries like IT / ITES / Financial Services / Education and Manufacturing he is capable of providing solutions aligning with industry specific best practices to our Clients. On the HR Applications front he is exposed to SAP and Oracle ERP packages and also instrumental in implementing various other HR products in the market. Under HR outsourcing business model, he has got international Project Transition experience involving SAP-HR and setting up a team after giving the knowledge transfer.

He is also into Business Development, end to end Client Engagement overseeing Client Contracts, Costing and delivery too. In a nutshell he is a multi-tasking individual and a visionary who devises the Business Plans and executes the plan in a more strategic way.

His qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree followed by PG Degree in Business Administration specializing in HR & Systems. He has also completed Executive Programme in HRM under IIM-Calcutta and finally he has pursued his 3 year LLB programme too.

His interests are into writing, playing music, singing, gardening, freehand sketching and community development.

Veteran HR professional, worked with BHEL, a large Indian Public Sector Undertaking for 30+ years. Handled HR functions in various positions in two different Units initially at Ranipet and later in Bhopal. Exposed to the entire gamut of HR functions, with key areas of contribution being Performance Management, Succession Planning, Learning & Development, Manpower Planning & Recruitment and HR Systems & Analytics.

His qualifications include a Degree in Chemistry followed by PG Degree in Public Administration, PG Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, PG Degree in Counselling Psychology. Presently pursing his PhD program.

Besides professional interests, he is passionate about Software programming, Systems Design and Development, Research in the areas of HR and Psychology. His hobbies do include Music playing and programming and Reading too.

A seasoned Financial services professional with over22+ years of experiencein Banking and Capital Markets with a specific focus on Retails Assets , Branch Banking Operations,FOREX, Stock Broking Back office operations, Compliance and Risk Management.

He has worked with Aditya Birla Money for a considerable amount of time as Senior Manager exposing himself into variousareas of Stock Broking(Depository, Back office, Risk Management &Compliance).

In his Banking Career, he has been associated with DBS Bank for a decade as Chief Manager in Retail Banking and Banking Operations at the Branch level.

His qualifications include a Degree in History followed by PG Degree in Business Administration specializing in Finance. An expert in his domain who has demonstrated his metal while handling different Clients exclusively in the Banking and Financial Services Sector.

She is a Doctorate in Human Resources Management, her study focused on technical education sector evaluating its effectiveness in learning. She has experience in teaching and training of the Staff and Faculty in many of the reputed Institutions. She believesin strategic value of HR in organisations as it positively influences the success of an Organization. Her research is based on key Human Resource practices viz, recruitment,performance appraisal, professional development and compensation and rewards system toevaluate the human resources of institutions which contributes to the overall job satisfactionand high performance of the academic faculty.

She developed a static model of HRM for institutions which uses key components fromMichigan model and Guest model of HRM. Ultimately it aims in sustainable development of theUniversity by retaining quality faculty. With respect to University human resources, sherecommends context-sensitive HR practices in the emerging scenario of challenges in retainingacademic talent. Her interests include writing, research, social entrepreneurship, qualityassurance and volunteering activities for community development.

Her qualifications include a Degree in History followed by PG Degree in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources. Then she pursued her Doctoral programme diving deep into Human Resource practices with a special focus into the Educational Institutions.

He is a practicing Advocate with specialization in Energy Laws. He has a rich experience of 11 years arguing Consumer matters, Family dispute matters and Civil matters before the National Commission, State Commissions, District Forums and District Courts. He has experience in the field of litigation dealing in criminal as well as civil matters and has argued and appeared before the High Courts of India. He also has an experience in handling IPR matters. Trade Law, Business Transactions, and Commercialization of Intellectual Property, State Consumer dispute redressal forums are his additional forte.

His qualifications include a Bachelor Degree in Arts followed by LLB (Legum Baccalaureus) Degree specializing in Energy Laws.
